For the people without OCD or an autism spectrum disorder, showing +1 or -1 for influence in dialogues just shatters the immersion and atmosphere and encourages metagaming in a bad (non-fun) way.

As a person with an Autism spectrum disorder (aspergers, diagnosed by the proper authorities) I must say you are incorrect, it still shatters my immersion.
