Blank Posted September 7, 2006 Posted September 7, 2006 (edited) Here. To write a narrative like that in such a place, the guy is funny. And also, here is a really cool video of a racing video-game, with 1000 replays of cars going through a course. Excellent editing, a fun video. Edited September 7, 2006 by Blank
Blank Posted September 7, 2006 Author Posted September 7, 2006 (edited) And if any of you are into Battlestar Galactica, if you didn't know already, there are "webisodes" that lead to season three here. They are rather short, but whatever. Click on the currently advertised episode (at this moment, part two), and it will take you to the window from which you would view the episode. From there, you can choose to start wepisode 1 if you hadn't seen it yet. Edited September 7, 2006 by Blank
metadigital Posted September 7, 2006 Posted September 7, 2006 Interesting to compare the Tuscan milk review with the others ... stupid "surgeon" moron and his terrible innumeracy joke. OBSCVRVM PER OBSCVRIVS ET IGNOTVM PER IGNOTIVS OPVS ARTIFICEM PROBAT
Blank Posted September 8, 2006 Author Posted September 8, 2006 (edited) Some topics I start really suck. It looks like this turned out to be one of them. But thanks, Meta, for esteeming my topic with a reply. Edited September 8, 2006 by Blank
metadigital Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 I thought it was very interesting: the topic didn't suck, just that there wasn't a lot to add (the author was very good, AND the bastard writes like I want to!) <_< ... And I haven't seen the first two seasons of BSG,so I don't want to see the spoilers for Season Three ... OBSCVRVM PER OBSCVRIVS ET IGNOTVM PER IGNOTIVS OPVS ARTIFICEM PROBAT
Baley Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 The last article (on the first page) page is better. And if you look through all the 750 reviews you'll find other such stories, and even poetry -- which is always hilarious (and gay).
Arkan Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 Some topics I start really suck. It looks like this turned out to be one of them. But thanks, Meta, for esteeming my topic with a reply. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Even some of the best gems go unnoticed. "Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger." - Herman Goering at the Nuremberg trials "I have also been slowly coming to the realisation that knowledge and happiness are not necessarily coincident, and quite often mutually exclusive" - meta
