Did the Mining Droids Clean out the Ebon Hawk?

In K1 and the beginning of K2, you see that the Ebon Hawk is filled with containers, especially in the back of the ship, from a swoop bike to plasteel cylinders and other storage compartments. In the beginning of K2, the ship is littered with junk, including all the storage containers from K1, but when the Exile, Atton, Kreia, and T3-M4 reach the Ebon Hawk, the ship is virtually stripped clean. Did the droids empty the ship?

Dawes ain't too bright. Hitting rock bottom is when you leave 2 tickets on the dash of your car, leave it unlocked hoping someone will steal them & when you come back, there are 4 tickets on your dashboard.

Possibly they did. But however all the containers should've been emptied by T3 during the Prologue (if you did it)
