I tried starting my first duel with her and she seems to have unlimited health. Her health bar falls to zero but the battle doesnt end.

Restart from a previous save...thats always the first solution.

I have a few times now but it doesnt seem to be working. It looks like it might be stuck like that =/

 

Edit: just as an extra note I also tried rigging the place with mines before starting the fight but those werent able to get the job done either

Did you strip off everything and get rid of your weapons before fighting her?

Im actually trying that right now actually, hopefully it works

 

Edit: alright everything seems fine now XD. Two things could have fixed it, either taking off all my equipment or it could have been that Kreia was standing in the hallway to the control room for some reason so I just switched to a different planet and re-entered the ship and she was back where she was supposed to be.
