Colrom
These games are great! They are very real - in terms of tactics - and because of that fascinating. The AI/simulation is super! If you like wargames these will blow your sox off. Think Close Combat only much much better! As dark is the absence of light, so evil is the absence of good. If you would destroy evil, do good. Evil cannot be perfected. Thank God.

Llyranor
You're telling me. I've *already* made some mistakes after doublechecking how some things work. (or have I?) (Approved by Fio, so feel free to use it)
alanschu
For what it's worth, I didn't really know what to do for my unit placement, so it's rather unchanged. This map is huge! Which is good for a brilliant tactician like me!
alanschu
Since I'm sure we're still at least more than a minute away from combat: Hopefully you have something that can resist an 88mm tank blast :D
Llyranor
Haha, I totally demolished you this round. Actually, all I was able to do is view the 60-sec round. Next, you'll be able to view + plot your next turn. Then I plot. Then you view. Then I view + plot. The way it works is to ensure that the order is always view --> plot. Even if you're the second one to plot, and technically ready to view the round unfold, that'd offer an unfair advantage if you were able to see what happens and backtrack to try out different plans. Hence the 'view only' turns. (Approved by Fio, so feel free to use it)

alanschu
I can smell the commies out there! I'd post SS of my wall of death, but it'd just give my positions away. Right now all you have to go on is the huge amount of sound markers!
Llyranor
Yeah, it kinda sucks that we can't really post screenshots. We should make some sort of AAR, though, highlighting at least the more important events - such as my mopping the floor with your face. alanschu
Sounds like some photoshopping will be required. I'll start saving screenies once there are screenies worth taking. Right now it's just Hans and Gunther flexing their muscles. I'm at work, so I won't be able to update the PBEM until later this evening.
