His CARD can support OpenGL 1.4 if he updates his drivers.

 

Speaking from experience here... when my GeForce2 GTS got from OpenGL 1.2 (delivered with the card) to 2.0 (most recent at that moment) after a driver update...

 

(and seeing his card is 128MB he is above min. system req when he upgrades his card (via drivers) to use OpenGL 1.4 or more...)

Well, this is a S3G Unichrome IGP and not a gaming card like the GF2 once was and still is compared to this (I had a GF2 GTS PRO too). I don't see any mention of added OpenGL support beyond 1.2 in those driver links either. And even if an OpenGL 1.4 for S3G can be found it doesn't add hardware T&L... I have no doubt that it will be a very poor experience.
