I just think it is wrong to play the game differently from what the game designers intended to have. It is not so much the stuff (nudity) that got cut but the fact there got things cut; and not because the producer/dev wanted so but some politcians. Same reason I have SA unpatched, even if I don't have Hot Coffee installed and probably won't...
