January 30, 200620 yr I have just finished the game for the 5th time, and i am looking at mods now. how and where do i start? what do i do? i cant use the mod tutorial on lucas forums, it keeps telling me i have to register. i cant find the place where you register, though. sorry if the post has been talked to death already.
