Fairplay Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 I'm kind of surprised there hasn't been a game with animal-people running around killing each other. Everybody sticks with elves, dwarves, ogres, etc. You'd think it would have been done by now. Master of Orion had animal-people. Other settings with animal people include Usagi Yojimbo, Ninja Turtles, Brian Jaques and Cerberus. It's really quite a common idea. I'd like to see a graphic intensive ToEE style game with animal-people instead of DnD settings. While the graphics themselves wouldn't have to be incredible, there would have to be lots of animations. Animations for things like the rabbit samurai decapitating that spear wielding panda bear. Ya know- cute and bloody! I'm not sure if it's a good idea, but it must be done!
baby arm Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 Ok, you call Stan Sakai and I'll call Dave Sim. The TMNT guys are too rich from merchandise already so they won't bother.
Musopticon? Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 (edited) Anthro-mmorpg? Edited January 24, 2006 by Musopticon? kirottu said: I was raised by polar bears. I had to fight against blood thirsty wolves and rabid penguins to get my food. Those who were too weak to survive were sent to Sweden. It has made me the man I am today. A man who craves furry hentai. So let us go and embrace the rustling smells of unseen worlds
saintfrancisnudecenterfold Posted February 4, 2006 Author Posted February 4, 2006 I'm kind of surprised there hasn't been a game with animal-people running around killing each other. Sort of a CRPG of Albedo RPG? Albedo would make a good CRPG, as would Elfquest, but Albedo has more potential in game replay value. One can only lead elf-riding wolves to their ancient, ancestoral cradle so many times before one hopes for a hentai version, out of sheer anxious boredom. Then again, with some imagination, Elfquest would make an excellent CSRPG.
