Just outta curiosty, does whether or not you decide to make any of the FS NPC into Jedi affect their "fate" in any way?

Yes, it unlocks dialouges, cut scenes, and of course it will help in the end when Mira fights Han Har (Her survival adds dioulogue with Kreia)

 

Handmaiden vs Atris (She can aid you in driving the sith off of Telos and it unlocks a diolauge with Kreia at the end.

I recently downloaded a savegame editor. I found that there is some dialog you can get from kriea and hk, they are the only ones ive found so far, that you cant get without altering their influence beyond maximum. I had hk and krieas influence at 100 and had the alignment they wanted and still got an inf failure unitl i used the editor to set their influences to 999.

Is the dialouge important? What do they say?
