I got a new PSP game today, and it automatically installed the new browser. First off, it was super easy to connect to my wireless network, where before I had trouble. Secondly, the new browser is very nice. I can basically connect to any website via my PSP. It's really expanded my use of the thing. I can definitely see it challenging the Ipods and GBA's with it's capabilities.

PS - The game I got was Midways Extended Arcade Classics. It has some gems like Paperboy, Rampage, Gauntlet, Mortal Kombat 1-3, Joust, Spyhunter, 720...the list goes on.

Ugh, did it install any new firmware with it, because if so, your hax probably won't work anymore.

Damn you and your tricksy ways Sony, this is why I don't buy music anymore.

When you say anywebsite:

Would that mean you could go to a site like www.miniclip.com and play flash games on your PSP?

I haven't tried any flash intensive sites, but I'd imaginie it will struggle with that, as even slower computers struggle. I'll give it a try though. I really need a new memory stick now, as I've been using the 32 mb. generic one that it came with. I think I've got enough holiday funds to cover a 1gb. stick.

I didn't have any hacks. I don't really spend much time getting software that isn't authorized because I hate messing anything up.

There is a way to downgrade back to v1.5.

No need to downgrade anymore for Homebrew applications. You can run them with fw. version 2.0 with new loaders. I am playing Doom Shareware version with my 2.0 PSP.
