Chess is mindless crap. You move a handful of pieces on a board. No story whatsoever.

Chess requires strategy which makes up for the lack of a story to it.

Thiefs, HLs, Rare's fps', Far Cry, BiA, Deus Ex, Hexen, the list goes on. Or did I list all the thinking mans fps accidently?

First of all: NECRO!

 

Now that is done with; CoD doesn't fit into the mentioned games. It doesn't has a story like the mentioned games, nor requires as much strategy/thinking...
