His friend works for Ubi. His wife let slip that his friend is building lvls for Splinter Cell 4 Victor of the 5 year fan fic competition! Kevin Butler will awesome your face off.
October 5, 200520 yr Why wouldn't we believe it? Splinter Cell has always been made at Ubisoft Montreal, and it's a lucrative franchise, three games in, that's made lots of money. Why wouldn't it stand to good reason that they're making a fourth one right now, especially on the eve of the launch of all the Next Gen consoles?
