By saying put a pic on e-mails, do you mean your posts here in the board?? In your avatar or in your sig??

In My controls seek for "Change avatar option"

The Photo-option beneath is indeed not available and gives a "Not allowed" warning...

To change that, click on edit avatar settings on the left hand side of your control panel, then simply browse and find a pic on your computer or enter the URL of a pic in the correct box, then click update avatar.
