If you want to trade off between two players at different times, then you could swap the disc back and forth.

 

That would still be against the EULA, but you wouldn't need help with that. What you want, and asked for is for two people to play at the same time. That doesn't help one person play faster as they are playing seperate save games on seperate computers.
