The brush thing. It seems almost as if its the type of game made for the DS.

 

Quirky does tend to go over better on handhelds than consoles as well, but it wasnt what I was thinking about.

Yeah, that one. It was a completely random concept. Not weird, but random. I mean, the japanese can be really weird(Excel Saga, anyone?), but I really don't understand where the idea came from. Fly paper? Not to mention the story.

Edit: Seriously though; hentai is easily avoidable in the net, almost nonexistant anywhere else. It's like dog porn, if you keep looking; sure you'll find some, but if it jumps on your face and says "booooo" then one must question the sites and shops one frequents. I agree though; it's wacky. There's real porn(and women ) out there. I know which one I'd choose.

Actually she is responsible for all things anime. JRPGs as well she's the one who introduced me to both (well except for Akira and Legend of Overfiend).

I'm somewhat excited about this game.

The indrustial revolution aspect interests me the most. It's nothing new in JRPGs to mix fantasy and scifi/real world, but coupled with the seething cultural changes, enormous population movements and such could prove and interesting backdrop for gaming. On the other hand, maybe I'm reading too much into it and we'll happily trounce through woods and cellars killing rats with "modern" weapons and original spells like fireball.
