There is nothing wrong with promos, but they send the message, this is what you are going to buy!!! Lets see the promos that you have found, which has been released to sell KOTOR II!

It's just a look. GameSpot I know uses cheat codes to get items, because it's in one of screen shots. (for hacking, they cheated for computer spikes). Absoustly it was changed. Games always do that.

Not really I never take anything beyond how they look into account.

 

Screenies are often taken long before a game is complete and therefore constantly subject to content change. The only time I would be miffed would be if the graphics in the screenshots were not representative of the final graphics.
