Ive been browsing around these forum for a short time and I have noticed that a fair few of you fine people have served in the military.

 

So I thought this could be a good place to share a few war stories

 

Me I served in the british army as an Infantry soldier for 5 yrs and i have been to:

 

Northen Ireland(twice)

Kenya

Cyprus

Canada

Hong Kong

 

So if you have a funny or interesting story to tell why not tell it here....

 

Or perhaps for all you young un's you might be looking to go into the forces one day and would like to know what to expect.

I did a stint in the USMC. However I never went overseas.
