Ghilz Posted June 8, 2005 Posted June 8, 2005 the game keeps freezing to a black screen once the first cinematic is shown. I've had the game updated to the last patch, but to no avail it keeps freezing every single time.

Ghilz Posted June 9, 2005 Author Posted June 9, 2005 there it goes I've disabled movies, lets me play the game, but its so confusing (and unpleasant) to play the game without movies.... Also, watching any movie from the main menu also engineers a black screen freeze.... swinfo.txt
dufflover Posted June 9, 2005 Posted June 9, 2005 ATI X300. I think you might have this common ATI problem, although I wouldn't know much about it because I'm on a nVidia. Check Catalyst version (apparently there's one which won't work, but it's not the latest) and you have to do some "Vertex" type option in the config file.
