Or stuck as in don't know what to do? If it's the first one, then join the club. I believe you can 'fix' it by changing a setting in the main swkotor.ini file. Add disable vertex buffer objects=1" under graphics options in swkotor2.ini I get this happening to me with my nVidia 6600GT card and latest drivers, but turning off frame buffer effects seems to make it so I can at least move.
