No, there are no cheats for the Xbox. Except for the Cheat Node, which is pretty much useless.

It's not really a cheat, but if you plug a second controller into port 4 and press black or white on that controller, you can change the pitch of the voices. White makes the voices higher and black makes the voices lower. Pressing B resets the voices. This also works with the original KOTOR.
