WhiteW0lf
I just dropped in to see if there was a patch and decided to throw some praise your way. I wanted to congratulate the Dev Team on two great games with gripping storylines that I truly believe increases anyones feelings for the StarWars Franchise after playing both the KOTOR and KOTOR 2, I find these games very compelling when I play them and after playing them watching even the StarWars movies again I believe I have a deeper connection and inside knowledge that others do not. Problems which I hope to be fixed on which I wish will be more games to follow, is the bug which I still see on KOTOR 2 on Dantooine when your frame rates drop when being in the sunlight, I heard people mention this was just a ATI card problem with KOTOR and I had a 9800 pro but now having built a new computer have a Geforce 6600 256mb card and yesterday played on Dantooine on KOTOR 2 for the first time and found my character skipping across the grassland by the government headquarters building after leaving the landing pad, so I now know it is just a problem with Dantooine and was sad to see this was not fixed from the first game. Also the AI when talking to characters and they say I will meet you here or there and later in the game you come back and see them in the same spot and when you talk to them they act as if you had never conversed with them before which is very annoying. But all in all I thank you for the many, many hours of enjoyment I have had in the StarWars Galaxy and the feelings of accomplishment I have gotten from helping people that needed it with my powers or destroying them just because I could and using my powers to do with as I wish . Bravo dev team and keep these damn games coming.
B3-bomber
to stop that lag, go into graphics settings, change to a lower or higher setting. hit ok. go back in the graphics settings and change them back to what u started with. lasts until u reload that specific dantooine area (leave and re-enter it again makes the lag come back). y the fix is that simple is beyond me, propbably some kind of script error... Marka Ragnos
for the dantooine bug I have a 6600gt and I got that too but it was only for a few seconds while before on my 9600xt it was non-stop. I used the disable vertex buffer objects=1 line under graphics options in the swkotor2.ini and I have never had a problem since.
WhiteW0lf
I rescind my post above, I keep crashing to the desktop now when near the end, what a broken up, fragmented piece of crap you released, I cannot believe you released an unfinished buggy project such as this, you should be stripped naked, covered in bantha pudoo, and raped by a hutt. Pious D'Cathcart
I have a strange bit of curiousity in me now that wants to see someone get raped by a Hutt....... As for Dantooine, if you have an ATI card, you can install the catalyst 4.7 drivers that work fine - it's due partly to crappy openGL support apparently! It fixed my game anyway!
