E-mail these folks at LucasArts and e-mail them in masses and tell them how unhappy with the game you are and about any troubles you are having:) These weren't hard to find and were out there in the open so they are fair game:)

What's the point? You honestly think they'd answer anything that doesn't tell them what a wonderful job they're doing?

 

My guess is no email gets any more than an automatic email response that gets sent to anyone who emails them.
