Yes I did search for info about it and I even checked game faqs. What I want to know is how do I get the Pessimist Upgrade for HK-47? Is it a mod, is it in the game or does it not exist.

I think you mean "pacifist" upgrade...

On Nar Shadaa, side with the female Rodian and complete the trade route quest. She'll then let you buy the pacifist upgrade.

 

Or you can type giveitem hkpart05 in the console if you're lazy.
