Silver Crystal - random from places/shops or yeah, the little lady-alien shopkeeper in the main square hub in Nal Sha. Although I think you may have to do the quest (the first part of it) before it shows up - I don't remember tho. I've gotten one from the shop in Telos before, however. Cyan there too. Just reload and reload till he coughs it up. Not that that helps you at the moment probably. “Things are as they are.
