Fun game , well worth renting. Especially if you have a 2 for one Blockbuster card.

I have to agree with Volourn.  Bioware is pretty much dead now.  Deals like this kills development studios.

I actually picked up the first game not too long ago, haven't tried it yet as I was playing FFX for the first time.

It's not bad. It reminds me a lot of LOD although its a seperate adventure, the old characters carry over with some extra powers. My wife and I like playing those sort of things.

 

The opening is weird, you just appear in front on FV and get sent on a bunch of missions. Something missing from the manual about the backstory ?

 

I think Xmen piqued with that particular type of game.

 

Ah my favourite FF story :) was never over fond of the sphere grid though.
