I'm trying to get shock but it won't let me. I completely de-equip and it still says I can't train in shock because I'm "restricted by armor" but I'm not wearing anything.

 

Requirment is level 9 and I'm training for lvl 11.

You can pick any Force Power you meet the requirements for, whether you are wearing armor or not. I answered you over on the GameFAQs/Gamespot board... I'm still not sure what you mean.

There are some headgears/gaunlets that are having armor restrictions. Just look at all your equipment and see if they have requirements: Armor: (Light/Medium/Heavy), and if they do equip something else...
