Do you need to help the Ilthorians and/or Czerka to get the Hawk back on Telos?

Please, just the answer, this is the only part of the game I want spoilt. Do I need to help them, not which do I need to help.

you can help either the itholians (good side) or czerka corp (evil side) they will both get you away.

I would, but my game keeps crashing, and anyway I don't want to

give the droid fixer guy 2500 creds just as a foolish LS gesture
