Bad-Dur and Ending (Huge Spoilers, obviously)

I just finished the game (and feel, as everybody else did, a bit disappointed.)

But anyhow, who thinks Bao-Dur is dead at the end? That was my first impression when I saw him in "ghost-blue" form, but then, how could a little droid see a ghost?

May just be me but i think that that was a recording cuz he was sayin things like, "if you are seeing this, we need to blow up malachor..... blah blah blah" stopped listenin!
