Spare with the Handmaiden to gain influence with her and she will start to fall

What you have to do is get as much influence with her as possible and then if you are DS then she also turns that way.

I had him with me a lot so if you did something that he liked then you got it.

Yes, it is. Kreia is neutral for the whole game.

Kreia's DS/LS meter doesn't budge at all. The only point of gaining influence with her is to gain additional dialogue options.

Check the influence guide thread on the forums. Do a search for influence.

Gaining 1 or 2 LS points in order to gain influence with someone to turn them dark is worth it in the long wrong. There's plenty of opportunities to gain more DS points.
