If you help someone out, threaten them, take their money, ask for more, etc. Use persuasion to convince people to kill themselves. It's pretty easy to gain DS points. If you can't wait, then you could do this: When the Ithorian compound is under attack by the mercenaries, you have to talk to Moza for the passkey. When you talk to him, give all DS responses and repeat.
