Help! Side quest on Telos

I'm stuck on Telos and trying to complete the side quest of the arms trade for Luxa so I can get a meeting with the Exchange. I keep turning on solo mode and going to apartment B3, but they keep on saying to come alone. What am I doing wrong?

 

Pleeeeeeeease somebody help! I'm getting a little frustrated.

Never mind, I'm on crack. I found the solution to this.

I've got the same problem. I changed into solo mode and let the others wait in C3 but they say everytime i should come alone.

Perhaps you need to remove them from your party.
