Can anyone explain the steps neccessary to open that damn turbolift on the dormitory level?

Because I can't seem to read Coortas log and I don't understand that code at all.

You have to use the console that is next to the door. Then there are at least three ways to open the door:

1. Cause the console to explode, which opens the door.

2. Use computer spikes, if your skill is high enough.

3. Enter a code maually, make an educated guess.

I don't have the X written down, but I think I remember it . . .

 

. = 1

X = 5

- = 10

 

So it's: 3 / 17 / 13 / 5 / 7 (... / -X.. / -... / X / X..) right? I'm taking a guess from having the answer written down . . . But the numbers are definately right ^_^

 

Make sure to watch the recording on the computer before entering the code.

 

 

also I don't know if this was because of my int being a +2 or because I left the dificulty but in my log file my PC solved the puzzle for me after watching one of the holo logs left behind.
