OK, I boarded the Harbinger, killed the Sith assasins on board, and downloaded the charts from the navcomputer. But for the life of me I can't figure out what to do next. Any help would be appreciated.

mabey you should try heading back to your ship or try to download a map of the place

You have to go to the engine room where you can escape....
