I killed HK-50 with Atton and Kreia. After that I can move between the dormitories, the administration, and the fuel dept, but there's simply nothing I can do at any of the locations to advance the story.

 

Any ideas? I hope I'm missing something obvious.

You have to board the harbinger

I'm stuck also... gone from administration to the fuel depot where the energy barriers are. I still can't get onto the Harbinger.

The Harbinger is docked on the Administration Level. If you are looking out the large windows into space, it is to your right.
