Yes, but you have to allocate resources to corpse disposal and the eunuchs could still be employed for useful tasks by the rest of society. Not to mention the trouble sentimental hoo-haws could cause.

 

Also: I think the full procedure would be needlessly expensive for my purposes.

I have to agree with Volourn.  Bioware is pretty much dead now.  Deals like this kills development studios.
