remove "invalid building area"

PLEASE remove the invalid build area from places. it's not a problem and I thought the idea was to allow players to build wherever they want, and important story areas should also maybe allow building but possibly only if after you've finished that area story for that. plz my cave house.

certain areas it makes sense, like not being able to build inside an anthill or lab. The real BS comes with "invalid surface" restrictions.
