Random Creature Suggestions

Featured Replies

I know there have been plenty of people suggesting different creatures, and I will more than likely duplicate some. These are suggestions with location and armor/weapons/items too.

Centipedes: Well all know they've been suggested a bunch. Put it in the dead tree on the map. Make the Centipede a boss with the ability to burrow, coil, whip, envenom, and bite. It's pieces can be made into a Bronze Spartan set of armor. You could make a Spartan shield with a Gladius as the weapon. (Think the pincers close together forming the point of the Gladius)

Millipede: These guys are Neutral insects. Millipedes are not known for being aggressive or hunters, but they can secrete a pungent smell to deter predators. They can be minor threats around the base of the dead tree. Minor whipping attacks along side a secretion aroma around them. No weapon, but could drop goop to help make a smoothie to assist with gas, but immunity instead.

House flies: I truly don't know how we haven't gotten one of the biggest nuisances in the insect kingdom. Yes, we have gnats, but flies could differentiate well. They could be by nearly any garbage, rotting food, or even the public restroom. Another Neutral creature that will attempt to "liquefy" you with their proboscis. Liquefy attack, proboscis slam, darting sweep are their attacks. Fly Cudgel from the proboscis as the weapon. Fly goggles with an aviator style armor that let's you sense attacks around you, while improving dodging.

Robber Flies: These are vile insects that hunt Bees, Wasps, and even Dragonflies. They can be few and far in-between around the edge of the trees, and perhaps added by the gardens. These Angry guys are the true liquefy beings. They can have a Swoop attack, latch attack that picks you up, liquefy spray that does acidic damage, proboscis swipes, and a "volcano spray into the air" showering acid everywhere. An upgraded version of the "Scorching orb" stave, but sprayed instead of lobbed. Perhaps a gliding set of armor in the style of old school fighter jets (bomber jacket and such), with the abilities to cause shockwaves when dive-bombing down and improving acid damage.

Moths: Think the first game, but maybe a bit more plentiful or they legitimately come out at night around lights.

Hellgrammites/Dobsonfly: Pure nightmare fuel in a park. The larval form, or Hellgrammite, can be an Angry aquatic terror, or on the beach sections of the park. They can have different bite attacks, a stomp, sweep attack, and coil-lunge attack. A Black Gothic Knight armor set. Meanwhile, the Dobsonfly can wreak havoc above the sand and pond area. They have a divebomb attack, snapping lunge, push-off flight attack, and normal bite attack. No armor, as the Hellgrammite has it covered, but the mandible can be made into a powerful set of claws the inflict "pierce" damage that negates a percentage of armor.

Fleas: Tiny, bloodsucking fiends are found around the playground area of the game. These Angry creeps will "fling" themselves at you any chance they get. A jump attack, nibble, and blood spray attack. Not the toughest bug to kill, but disgusting nonetheless. Can craft a set of boots that can improve dodging, along with a "vampiric" smoothie.

Frog/Toad: Alright, the pond/fountain is coming and I feel it's finally time to toss in our froggy fella. Found near the base of the pond in his own area. This boss tier threat really doesn't mess around. Has a big jump attack, a big belly slam, quick tongue snap, 3 tongue jabs, "croak" ability to cause a buff for him and debuff for you. Then, to spice the fight up, when he takes enough damage his area will start to fill with water until you're both submerged. This adds his tongue attacks, kick attack, gobble attack, and mini whirlpool attack underwater. A truly marvelous set of armor that makes you swim and jump better adorned in the style of Frog-Mouth Helms with a matching set. Improves underwater breathing and a damage buff against water creatures.

Dung Beetle: Repulsive, but dangerous. Get too close to these Angry steamrolling beetles and you'd better have your running shoes on. Found either in or under the Public Bathroom location. A roll attack, dung kick, constant woozy build-up, bite, able to jump to the other side of dung ball when hit and knock it into you. An armor set that gives full immunity to woozy, and even gives a buff while in a woozy zone. Other parts can be used to make "dung pie" which will lure Dung Beetles, and House Flies.

I forgot to mention that creatures like Dragonflies, water beetles, diving bells, boatman, black widows, termites, and such are not being mentioned or mentioned again due to the fact of them more than likely coming, or have already been. The moth is the exception because it needs reworked to be more accessible.

Whip Scorpions: These absolutely freaky fellas are not shy but avid ambush hunters. These are your Angry "scorpions" on the sandy area of the map. Able to have a burrowing move, an acidic spray attack, whipping snaps, pincers attack, block, and leg sweep attack. Wicked looking Rajput armor with Katar daggers as weapons. Improves ambush strikes, and extends reach of dual-wielding weapons. Also charges heavy hits faster.

Stag Beetle: I don't think I need to introduce these guys as their appearance is enough of an entrance. Fight if you dare, as these guys are Neutral to the player. Few and sporadic around the parks end-game areas. Able to do multiple mandible strikes, mandible slam, grab attack, wing retreat, and wing lunge attack. Beautiful tribal armor with an antler style helm. What better weapon to bring back in a BIG way than the Macuahuitl. Bigger, deadlier, and stylish. Unsure of armor effects at this moment. Perhaps a boost to two-handed weapons.

These are just some suggestions for now, and I may make a new list with more here soon. Thank you for reading, and feel free to give feedback.
