KB+M/Gamepad

So I decided to try playing G2 on the couch with a controller! This in turn actually broke my entire game as the second I wanted to switch back to my KB+M only the keyboard worked as expected. My mouse is now being detected as a gamepad can we get some kind of fix for this as literally nothing works short of a full reinstall which is absolutely ridiculous to do over something that unreal should already have built in. Sorry if I sound angry but I've spent 2 got danged hours trying to get it working.

I've been able to get it happening again on my main pc via just turning on the controller using it at all then trying to use the mouse.
