Everything has worked for me up until the Virgil encounter at the Arbiter Training Facility. I cannot complete this companion quest!! It’s maddening.

I elected to kill Virgil and did so, but upon return to the ship, there was no change to dialogue for Tristan, he just spoke normally telling me to “Speak Freely”. I’ve since continued the game hoping a patch would correct it, alas, I’m still unable to finish this quest.

I’ve gone back to the training facility numerous times, and I can jump and see Virgil standing on the other side of the glass at the door to the control room. I cannot access it due to the sealed door (possible temp solution is to just unseal the door so we can go re-murder him). 

Glorious Devs, please address this. I implore you…

I just got the same bug, however I elected to let Virgil go. This is my second playthrough with this choice but my first time encountering this bug. 

It tells me I need to debrief about Virgil but he just has regular dialog. I've also attempted to return to the building and Virgil is inside the room with the window but the door is sealed.
