Bug/Immersion Break: Virgil still being at the Vox Relay after finishing Tristan's questline

A bug I suppose you could call it that I encountered, or more of just an Immersion break, is that if you go back to Vox Relay, Virgil will still be standing there inside, even after completely finishing Tristan's questline and killing Virgil.
