I have noticed in the last couple of days I've not been able to access the community tab in Steam for Avowed. Granted, a lot of the discussions there were mostly haters and people being negative towards the game, so there's no great loss there.

However, it now appears that people have pre-ordered the game via Steam can no longer see the game in their libraries?? Then there's these updates in SteamDB. Hidden from the public/Advanced access removed. What's going on? A delay maybe?

I have no idea how SteamDB works, and what those changes could mean.

It is a bit late for the another delay, but they could follow AssCreed:Shadow, and move out of the February - Feb is rather stacked with big releases.
