So when I tried to enable the crossplay in ps5 it says “Grounded could not be linked to a Microsoft Account at this time.” And I cannot play with my friends that are on Xbox, any solutions?

I'm sorry to hear that you all have run into some issues with linking your game for cross platform play. Our team is working with Sony and Nintendo to provide a way in game to unlink accounts. In the meantime your best course of action is to submit a support ticket and we will work with you to manually unlink the account.

I have a problem when I activate X-Play, but I don't see any friends to invite into my shared world. It would make sense to invite my Playstation friends, but I don't see them, why?

Configure browser push notifications

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.

  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
