Hi,

I peeped every creature except the red baby ant in my first playthrough. I then had to go into NG+ to get it, so went through and peeped it but the achievement did not unlock.

My assumption is that this is due to peeping my missing card in NG+ and it's not taking into account the cards from my first playthrough.

I just wanted to check if this was a bug or intended?

I can't attach a screenshot of my creature cards or my save (due to size) but I have every card (8/8, 48/48 & 15/15).

I am logged into Xbox and am not in a custom game. I peeped the red baby any about a week ago and have played daily.

Hi ! Me and my friends have the same bug on new game+..... We peeped everything on the normal game and finished with the 3 ants queen on new game + but we did'nt get the achievement.

We are on xbox.

I was informed that this sounds like a bug, but it should be resolved in the 1.4.3 update. Please feel free to submit a bug report if you're still encountering this issue after that patch becomes available.

2. Multiplayer or Single Player Game (if multiplayer, can you tell us how many players in total in the game, and their platforms if known)

In a multiplayer game.

New Game + 1

cards achievements not unlocking in new game +

the last thing was probably feeding the good cake to the fire ants queen to get the baby in new game +

Forgive me please any writing issues with my English, since my mother language is german. 

 

Unfortunately I got the same Bug. And still got it after updating yesterday on the newest Patch 1.4.3.

I'm playing on Xbox Series X and in multiplayer on Medium. The first playtrough i did with my brother who's playing aswell on Xbox, but he canceled mid game so i finished the first one alone and started the ng+ a few days ago aswell on my own. 

Since it's very easy in early ng+ too feed the ant queens with her food i did this straight ahead, got the Babys as expected but didnt got the archivement. What I didn't noticed till yesterday. 

What I did after that I dont know anymore. I just realised yesterday I didn't got the archivement and I hoped the Patch will fix my Problem after reading this thread. 

But starting the game after Patch Installation was done, changed nothing.

I too am still experiencing this bug post patch.  My friend I play with also has the issue in our world.  We have all standard cards and are only missing six gold cards.

Infected Ants and Infected Ant Queens are not required for the achievement as the achievement is obtainable in the base game, prior to entering any New Game Plus.

Hi ! Even in the newest patch of 1.4.4 I got a gold cards to see if i can get the achievements and nope, the achievements did not pop-up even after the new patch.........

I'm in the exact same situation.

Platform : PC.
Multiplayer or Single Player Game : 2 players when the bug occured, all on PC, this save have had up to 4 players previously, but not at the time of the issue
Difficulty level \ NG+ Level : NG+
Description of issue : Unlocked all insect cards in normal game except baby ants, because we chose to kill all ant queens for the Steam achievement and item unlocks.
Friended all ant queens in NG+, and got baby ants cards, but no Gotta peep them all achievement, even after closing and restarting the game then reloading the save.

 

I just submitted a bug report, but in case it's processed faster via the forum...

So support has reached back in a very swift manner, and it appears that we need to peep

in order to get the achievement. These are not visible in the data section until you peep the first one, hence our confusion.
Unfortunately it seems like we need to wait for NG+2 before we can finish this achievement, given the mechanics of these particular insects. Damn shame...

Apparently they are, unfortunately.
TBH they shouldn't, since you can't get them before NG+3, and it seems quite rough that a Steam achievement would require you to finish a game 3 times... They should remove this requirement, like they did for the gold cards.

In 2025, in the final version of the game 1.4.7, there’s still this bug where you can’t get the “Gotta Peep Them All” achievement after completing all the cards in NG+. A serious company, a final version of the game — and yet such an oversight. Please fix this...
