I was playing multiplayer when the update dropped, so we disconnected to update. After updating, I can load in, but I freeze for ~10 seconds for every ~2 seconds of unfrozen gameplay

This is on PC via Steam. Tried rebooting and validating game files. Can load singleplayer

If you're still experiencing this issue I recommend submitting a support ticket. I'm sorry for the frustration that this bug has caused you and hopefully we'll be able to figure it out. 

I also recommend making sure your video-card and OS are both up to date as other quick solutions.
