Where can I purchase spells like I do with potions? 

Do you mean scrolls? Scrolls can be bought in various places. I don't recall every shop that has scrolls for sale, but there are several. 

Wizard spells (which only a wizard could learn) are inside grimoires. Grimoires are usually not bought but found (loot, drops etc.).

Thank you Boeroer, Can anyone tell me where the scrolls can be bought? Locations?
