How does one even kill these things ? or what is good to use against them i keep on searching everywhere and nothing has came up. I have found their weakness and stuff but doesnt help me hasnt even helped me kill them im in a cave stuck and cant figure it out thanks

Hi, they have low will and so scroll of paralysis can help. Which level you are? Maybe you have to come back after some upgrades and levels.

Hmm... a little more context (map, party composition and level etc.) would have been helpful. 🤔 

My guess is that you stumbled into an area that is supposed to be done later (aka you might be underleveled - as @Chaospread already suggested).
