Hello guys, when passing The Old Watcher, I didn’t know what the consequences would be, but now after many hours of gameplay, I found out that I had lost access to the secret room, and I would like to see as much content as possible. Is there any way to either change the choice or just get into the secret room? maybe with mods or console commands? Or maybe I shouldn't worry about it and there’s nothing really interesting there?

Imo it's neither worth worrying about what's in that room - nor is it worth it to use cheats to get it.

The item that's in there is: 

 

the unique sabre "The Flames of Fair Rhîan".

By then you'll will most likely have better stuff than that. It's only interesting for very special (niche) builds.

Hi agree with @Boeroer, the items in that room don't worth spending time or enter console command, go straight with your run and don't worry about it.
