Text To Speech stuck on

My friend and I (Both on PC) have noticed that since 1.1.0, whenever she types something in the ingame chat, text to speech reads it to me. I've checked my ingame settings, the settings on the xbox app, my windows settings and the game's config files directly, and all of them have their text-to-speech options off. My friend did the same. I'm the only one having this issue - when I type, she doesn't hear TTS.

This is an issue I've not seen reported and seems quite peculiar. Can you please submit a support ticket, so we can investigate this issue?

1. Platform (Xbox Console, PC Game Pass, PC Steam).
2. Multiplayer or Single Player Game (if multiplayer, can you tell us how many players in total in the game, and their platforms if known)
3. Difficulty level
4. Description of issue.
5. Last thing you did in the game before the issue occurred, if applicable.

I thought I bug reported this a month or so ago?  The OP is correct, when 1.1.0 went live TTS has been forced on and cannot turn off.
