Hey everyone.

Was looking for a new game to play and wondered if I should buy PoE. Thing is, I don't have a PC which is capable of running games (not at a good enough speed anyway). Is it worth getting on PS5? I've seen videos and it looks great, but does it have less features than its PC counterpart? Are there any major changes?

Thank you in advance!

Hi! 👋
Major changes: nope. The features are identical mostly as far as I remember.
But the loading times will be long if you don't have an SSD (does every PS5 have that?) because the backgrounds of the levels are huge hand-"painted", prerendered files so that may take some time to process (compared to a fast PC with an SSD). Also I hear that there are some new bugs after porting it ot consoles and those didn't really get fixed. I think it's nothing gamebreaking, but there were complaints (while the PC version is rel. free of nasty bugs).

Excellent, thanks for the summary :)

PS5s often load in very quickly. They do have built-in SSDs but you can buy upgraded ones. Shouldn't be a problem though. New bugs sound a bit annoying but like you stated above, if it's nothing gamebreaking then it's fine. I'm forgiving when it comes to technical issues.

Cheers for the reply mate!
